I Still Believe, lagu ciptaan Antonina Armato dan Giuseppe Cantarelli, dinyanyikan dan dipopulerkan pertama kali oleh Brenda K. Starr. Dan ada di album Brenda K. Starr yang dirilis pada tahun 1988.

Tahun 1999 Februari, Mariah Carey dalam albumnya #1's, juga merekam lagu ini. Di awal karir bermusiknya Carey ternyata pernah menjadi backing vocal untuk Brenda K. Starr.

Selain itu, tahun 1989 seorang penyanyi Hong kong, Sandy Lam juga merekam lagu ini dengan bahasa kanton dengan judul Still. Juga dalam versi Inggris.
